Compact / Lightweight Strollers: These strollers were designed for running errands, traveling and carrying easily. Most art considered lightweight because they do not exceed a weight limit of 20 pounds. Although they are not equipped for lugging around heavy objects, they do offer minimal storage space.
Jogging Strollers: Designed for the fit parents that like to have their kids tag along during morning runs or evening jogs, these strollers are perfect for any offroad outting. Unlike other strollers, these feature All-Terrain tires, high performance parts, shocks and an easy fold design. Since many outtings can require a car to get to the location, these are made to easily stow for travel. The overall design is meant for outdoor activities and your childs safety. These are the main areas that jogging strollers excel.
Multi-Child Strollers: These strollers are designed to hold more than one child comfortably without compromising their safety. The majority of strollers are either double strollers or triple strollers. Each style can be found in a jogging model, standard or compact version to perfectly accomodate parenting needs. For maximum control, these strollers are normally set in tandem, which offer the most balance and stability.
Pram Strollers: These strollers are normally only used for newborns. There design can support children up to 4 months of age. They are typically lay down models with special chassis to support infants comfortably. The have four wheels for stability and are not rugged. Although there are some specially made models that feature better tires and hardware for off path treks. They are strictly designed for residential and high traffic areas unlike the jogging strollers that are better designed for children under 5 months of age.
